Coaching unlocks your own wisdom. Rather than giving advice, I create a focused judgment-free space for you to discover your answers to work challenges, life transitions, or complex decisions.

I'm training in inclusive coaching through Inclusive Futures Academy, working toward an Accredited Diploma and registration with the International Coaching Federation as an Associate Certified Coach. As I build my practice, I'm offering accessible rates for coaching sessions of €60-€10 either in-person in Dublin or remotely from wherever you are based.
