Wondering how to make it all work? Are you really busy but not sure you are doing the right things? Are you juggling caring responsibilities or ill-health with wanting to develop your career? Do you want to take a breath, a little time out to clear the space around you so you can think, feel and plan? If so, I may be able to help and support you on your journey.

Coaching unlocks your own wisdom. Rather than giving advice, I create a focused judgment-free space for you to discover your answers to work challenges, life transitions, or complex decisions.

I'm training in inclusive coaching through Inclusive Futures Academy, working toward an Accredited Diploma and registration with the International Coaching Federation as an Associate Certified Coach. 

Being an inclusive coach means that I bring a high level of self-awareness to coaching, that I see each coachee as totally unique, and I appreciate you live or have grown up in particular contexts. This means I don't make assumptions, I pay attention to your culture, abilities, needs, gender identity, sexual orientation, class or whatever is relevant to you. Context is important as everyone sees the world of possiblities differently and my role is to support you as you open up to plan your specific goals and future.

Whilst I can coach across a wide range of issues I may be particularly helpful around work life balance issues, self-care, managing increased responsiblity, moving into management, being responsible for a team, personal and relationship transitions. 

As I build my practice, I'm offering accessible rates for a coaching package of six sessions at a cost of €100 either in-person in Dublin or remotely from wherever you are based.
